2. To determine the allocation of any excess operating funds at the end of the current fiscal year.
Quorum requires 25% of the valid voting members. If quorum is achieved, there will be an Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors immediately following the Annual Meeting to appoint officers.

You can obtain a copy of the hand out at: www.marqueeparkplace.org. Go to Governing Documents and follow the steps to register in the protected area of the site to avail this report. This information will be presented at the Town Hall Meeting, Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. in the East Tower Lounge. In response to the members attending the Special Membership Meeting on December 16, 2008 we will be holding the first of our 2009 Town Hall Meetings on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. in the East Tower Lounge. The purpose of the meeting will be to 1. Review our current service, security and maintenance operations model and cost summary. 2. Present varying options for service, security and maintenance operations models with cost comparisons that will reduce costs at the Marquee. These operations models will be presented to the membership the first week in January 2009 so that you can determine what level of service you are willing to support during these unprecedented economic times.
